Key Activities

· The Apple Readiness Assessment typically takes 45-60mins and covers five key areas:

· Discovery: your existing device fleet and how they’re managed

· Procurement: Do you run a defined lifecycle and are you leveraging the most effective ways to procure Apple devices

· Identity: a modern, cloud Identity Provider (IdP) is a key to a secure and user-friendly experience with Apple devices. This assessment explores your readiness to integrate your existing IdP with Mac, iPad and iPhone

· Management: a modern, cloud Mobile Device Management (MDM) tool is critical to ensuring secure, compliant and best practice management of Apple devices. This assessment will identify if you already have licenses that could be used to managed Apple devices.

· Support: Beyond procuring, integrating and managing Apple devices a clear strategy for how to support end users with Macs, iPads and iPhones is important. This report will cover how ready your organisation is to support Apple devices once they are deployed.
